Introduction
High Precision Knife Grinding Machine (MDD-1800G) is widely used to grind the straight knife, such as the paper cutting knife, shearing knife, chipper knife, crushing knife etc. The machine is featured by strong body, easy operation, high grade of configuration, high grade automation, and high feeding precision 0.005---0.10mm.
FEATURES
Machine Body
- The machine body has the function of resisting distortion and elimination of the inner cavity structure, firm structure and compact, after heat treatment to eliminate the internal stress.
Grinding Wheel Feeding
- Precision ball screw rod control the lift of grinding wheel, feeding distance ranging from 0.001—0.10mm.
Guide Rail
- Reciprocating stroke with high precision, high rigidity rectangular guide rail.
Carriage
- Speed controlled by frequency convertor, speed adjustable ranging from 0.02m—20m/min, special speed for cemented carbide knife, high speed steel knife, and ordinary knife.
Magnetic Chuck
- Magnetic chuck (table, bed) to fix the knives, S-shape wire distribution, strong and even magnetic power.
HMI
- HMI adopted to set the main data, such as the horizontal travel length, the feeding method of grinding stone etc.
Electric Components
- International famous brands of electrical components, such as Siemens control modular etc.
