Function and Features

• This machine is an automatic gluing binding equipment suitable for the processing of educational materials, magazines, notebooks, books, and other printed materials.
• The gathering station in this binding line offers customizable options for users based on their specific needs. Starting with signature gathering, each station automatically arranges the signatures in proper order. Moreover, every station is equipped with an automatic detection device. If any issues like doubling, missing, leaking, or incorrect signatures arise, the correction station will promptly remove them without interrupting the machine’s operation. The gathering station also features a streamlined design that allows for signature dropping without the need for drum rolling, ensuring a simple, fast, stable, and reliable operation.
• The processed book block is automatically shaken and aligned as it passes through the binding machine channel. Next, it undergoes a series of mechanical processes, including clamping, rough trimming, fine milling, slotting, cleaning, bottom gluing, side gluing, and final finishing gluing. A mechanical arm precisely delivers the cover, presses it down, and bonds it to the book block. Following this, the book is shaped and formed by two scissor-shaped support towers before being transported by a conveyor belt. Throughout the entire process, an electrical control system monitors and detects each step. If there's any collision, missing cover, or multiple covers, the machine will automatically stop and alert the operator for troubleshooting.
• The flawlessly bound book is conveyed by a multi-layer conveyor belt, designed to save space, with a dedicated three-knife trimmer capable of trimming both thin and thick books. This advanced machine performs precise cuts on the book’s fore-edge, followed by the head and tail, ensuring high precision throughout the trimming process.
• The entire machine is equipped with a PLC control system and features a user-friendly touch screen for effortless operation. It incorporates an automatic template switching function, automatic tracking, and detection function, along with an automatic alarm system. This ensures a smooth and intuitive user experience, making the operation extremely user-friendly.
