FEATURES AND FUNCTION

AUTOMATED FLATTENING AND COLLATING FUNCTION

• The sheets are redirected from the folding machine's exit into a synchronized conveyor belt, go through a roller-press mechanism for two rounds of flattening, and then into a synchronized hug-belt for slow clamping and forward movement. Finally, they continuously enter the collating platform vertically.
• High-speed collating with excellent flattening quality, mechanical stability, and easy operation makes it a labor-saving device.
• The processed sheets don't require binding and stack neatly, ready for saddle stitching or perfect binding, thus enhancing the binding quality.
• Upon completion of folding, the booklets are automatically and sequentially collated, reducing the workload on the folding staff and decreasing the need for additional labor.

AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM FUNCTION

• The electrical system is entirely independent, with touchscreen and PLC controls for more stable and reliable operation.
• The machine is ready for use upon powering up and requires no modifications to connect with other devices. It employs a spring compression mechanism to consolidate the folded sheets, which are then vertically aligned via rotating rollers.
• Equipped with multiple drive motors controlling paper feeding, collating, and the paper tray's vertical adjustment. Speed can be adjusted individually, offering convenience for collation adjustment.
• Capable of flattening, count marking, and vertical collation of folded sheets.
• Compatible with various folding methods and can be connected to different models of folding machines for collating.
• At the end of a batch task, a single button ends the operation. The remaining sheets will be collated within your set time and the machine automatically shuts down.
