Introduction

The machine mainly consists of the following components: feeding unit, flattening device, conveyor turning device, vertical stacking table, pushing mechanism, compression device, and bundling mechanism. This machine is an all-in-one solution designed for the collating and bundling of individual sheets of paper, ideal for use with folded pamphlets, instruction manuals, letters, and other single-sheet materials. It performs a range of functions including feeding, flattening, vertical stacking, pushing, compressing, and bundling.

FEATURES AND FUNCTION

• Automated Control System: The electrical system is entirely independent and features a touchscreen and PLC controls. Equipped with four separate drive motors for feeding, stacking, paper table movement, and push system, these can be individually controlled for convenient adjustments. The machine is ready for operation upon powering up and requires no modifications for integration with other machinery.
• Automatic Feeding: This machine employs a high-performance automatic feeder that accommodates various folding styles, ensuring a smooth and orderly feeding process.
• Compression and Flattening: Utilizes an elastic compression mechanism to flatten and solidify the fed papers, allowing for air expulsion and further flattening.
• Vertical Alignment: The machine ensures that papers are vertically aligned and stacked through a rotating drum.
• Count and Mark Function: It comes equipped with a counting feature that also allows for preset marks on specified numbers of sheets.
• Automatic Stacking: The machine can automatically push the vertically stacked papers to the compression station, reducing the manual labor involved in paper handling and providing a buffer to accommodate the stacking time.
• Compression for Quality: The auto-fed papers are compressed to ensure a tighter seam, positively impacting the quality of subsequent processes.
• Bundling Options: After compression, the papers can be bundled using PU straps or optionally with rope, fulfilling all requirements for paper bundling.
